            BALL WORKOUTS



            1. Scissor Roll
























            Targets: Legs and Core

            Lie down on your back.  Place the exercise ball between your feet.  Extend your
            arms over your head along the ground, palms face up.  Lift your feet in the air so
            that the legs become perpendicular to the ground.  In a swift motion, sit up and roll
            to your right side – do not let the ball touch the ground or your legs bend as you
            do so.  Bring your right forearm to the ground and your left hand to your left hip.

            Roll back to the starting position with arms over the head.  Repeat on the other
            side to finish one rep.  Keep your legs in the air between each rep.
