              Clearly then, running can improve your health in many aspects of life. While many of
            us begin a running routine to slim down, most people keep running because of the emo-
            tional and mental benefits that the sport offers. Running takes your mind off the worries
            and stresses of the day. Personally, this is one of the primary reasons that I run. I find
            that I am most reflective during my runs and that the physical exhaustion that I feel after
            a run is nearly always followed by a renewed energy for continuing the day. Integrating
            running into your weekly routine will add a new a new dimension of balance to you life.
